- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills with ability to guide and mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical excellence and business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Resilience and composure when managing competing priorities and high-pressure situations

Compensation
- $100k-$130k
