Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field)
  • In-depth knowledge of SAE ARP 4754A and ARP 4761
  • Experience with requirements-based testing, regression testing, and traceability audits
  • Proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software tools such as Polarion
  • Flight Test experience and familiarity with aircraft certification flight test
  • Background in aerospace verification & validation with prior work in a certifying environment

  • This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, flight test, and verification, focused on ensuring aircraft-level requirements are properly tested, traceable, and ready for certification submittals.
  • The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant engineering discipline and is an experienced systems engineer who understands the critical importance of clear and unambiguous requirement sets.
  • 5+ years of experience on Part 23, 25 or 27 aircraft or rotorcraft programs and demonstrated experience with Application Lifecycle Management software tools is preferred.
  • The individual should have an in-depth understanding of SAE ARP 4754A and ARP 4761.

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $155,000 USD
