About the role
- You will be the primary liaison and resource between Strategic Partnerships and Production ensuring emerging operational needs are met and communication is fluid between customers, production, and operations.
- This is a tactical role with built-in pathways to PM ownership based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Support decision making for prioritization of competing deliveries
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver on partner commitments
- Maintain disciplined tracking of pipeline, account activity, and partnership performance this is same as maintaining CRM
- Kraken Kinetics designs and manufactures advanced kinetic solutions that enable modern warfighting capabilities for the United States Armed Forces and its allies.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess opportunities and prioritize effectively
- Comfort working with both technical and business teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in a B2B environment (shipping and receiving, mission success, customer support)
- Logistics mindset with customer facing skillset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute independently
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in prior roles
Nice to have
- Experience in autonomy, robotics, aerospace, defense, or adjacent advanced technology sectors
- Working knowledge of export control regulations (ITAR/EAR)
- Background in high-growth startups or dynamic environments
- Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or systems integration challenges
