About the role

This position is responsible for coordinating all site construction activities.
This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities and complete the project on schedule and within budget.
Understand and be familiar with the date by which all materials must arrive on the job and convey that information to the project superintendent for preparation of the contract items lists and shop drawing schedules.

Establish and maintain a system of document control to ensure work is being installed per the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings
Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections

Assure the required permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies are secured, posted, and renewed as required before starting work
Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelors degree, or possess equivalent years of related experience.
Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements/jurisdiction, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.
10-Hour OSHA and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline
