Responsibilities
- Support technicians and advisors by maintaining clear communication, complete repair documentation, and proper workflow organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to secure quality parts that meet our 3-year/36,000-mile warranty standards.
- Develop accurate repair estimates using company pricing and technician input.
- Collaborate with technicians and shop staff to maintain effective communication and workflow.
- Perform monthly physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy with system records.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of the automotive and parts industry is a necessary.
- License/Certification: Valid Driver's license required.
- Language Skills: Ability to exercise excellent communication, organization, time management and listening skills in English.
Nice to have
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with parts ordering systems preferred, but experience with other types of customer service and retail software is also great.

- Spanish-English bilingual is nice-to-have but not required.

- Technologically savvy, with the ability to maneuver through websites to gather quote information.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with all types of situations that might arise.
- An above-average mathematical mind.
