Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers; provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers across design, development, and production support.
- Own the mechanical engineering roadmap for the hardware product portfolio.
- Drive NPI execution across multiple programs, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
- Build strong partnerships with contract manufacturers in Vietnam and China.
- You will set technical direction, drive execution across multiple concurrent programs, and serve as a key stakeholder in delivering innovative, manufacturable products from concept through production.
