About the role
- The B2B Marketing Manager serves as the business marketing lead for UWorld's Accounting and Finance verticals.
- This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, revenue programs, and partner initiatives that support universities, accounting firms, societies, alliances, employers, and other strategic partners.
- Working closely with Sales, Product, Digital Marketing, Creative, Revenue Operations, and Operations, this individual will lead integrated marketing efforts that generate demand, strengthen customer relationships, support business development, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue goals, seasonal opportunities, product priorities, and sales objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, expansion, and partner growth.
- 25% | Revenue Programs, Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Growth Design and execute integrated revenue programs across conferences, webinars, sponsorships, partner promotions, product launches, and other customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to develop marketing programs, promotional offers, sales resources, conference strategies, and customer communications that support business growth.
- Manage relationships with accounting societies, universities, alliances, employers, and strategic partners while ensuring sponsorship commitments and marketing initiatives are successfully executed.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, discount programs, ambassador initiatives, and other revenue-focused programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- 20% | Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Own the B2B content strategy and seasonal content calendar across web, email, social media, webinars, events, and partner communications.
- Develop thought leadership campaigns, customer success stories, webinar programs, sales content, and partner communications that strengthen UWorld's position in the market.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative to deliver consistent messaging and integrated campaigns across the customer journey.
- 15% | Business Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the business marketing lead for the Accounting and Finance verticals, aligning Sales, Product, Digital Marketing, Creative, Revenue Operations, and Operations around shared revenue goals and marketing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in B2B marketing, business marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation, with experience partnering effectively with functional marketing teams.

- Review business performance, customer insights, competitive activity, and market trends to refine marketing strategy and recommend new opportunities.
Compensation
- 30% | B2B Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute the annual B2B marketing strategy for the Accounting and Finance business.
