About the role
- You will help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and participate in everyday activities while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support based on each individual's service plan.
- Support individuals with community integration, recreational activities, employment, and appointments.
- As a Direct Services Provider (DSP), you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a federal and state criminal background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility when needed.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred:
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Medication Administration Certification.
- Previous experience as a DSP, CNA, PCA, caregiver, behavioral health technician, or in a related field.
