This entry level position helps, plans, and executes medical education events for the department.
To be successful in this position, the team member must possess a high-level of organizational and collaborative skills.
Must also possess a deep attention to detail, great communication skills, and follow through as the job responsibilities are performed with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with all appropriate stakeholders to assist with program/event logistics, expenses, purchase orders, and post-event reconciliation when applicable.
Database and Project Plan Maintenance: Assist with maintenance of data base that tracks number of events and event attendees and maintain and improve event project plans that track program/event milestones and budgets.

Associates degree or higher with minimum of 1 year work experience
Ability to travel 10-15%, domestically
Must be able to communicate in English clearly and fluently, both written and verbal
Must be proficient in interacting with customers and cross-functional teammates in face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communications

Must have flexible schedule adaptable to constant change and be able to work nights and weekends
