About the role
- Manage complex, high-touch travel for VIP, entertainment, sports, and production clients, delivering exceptional service and seamless travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Book and accurately manage air, hotel, rail, and ground travel, including complex and multi-destination itineraries
- Support entrainment and talent travel.
- Maintain accurate records, direct billing, and assist with T&E reconciliation
- Build strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and suppliers
- You can connect with colleagues through our global INclusion Groups, centered around common identities or initiatives, to discuss challenges, obstacles, achievements, and drive company awareness and action.
Requirements
- 7+ years customer service, including 5+ years travel counseling
Nice to have
- Experience in VIP, entertainment, production, sports, or specialty travel preferred
Skills
- Sabre / Power Turbo GDS expertise
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving
- Advanced knowledge of global travel and routing
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation.
- Preferred location is Montana.

- $46,200.00 - $85,800.00
