About the role

  • You will oversee operational execution of the Data Security Program, ensuring monitoring, investigations, security controls, and governance activities are performed consistently and effectively.
  • The salary range for this role is from $123,700.00 to $204,100.00.

Nice to have

  • Oversee the daily execution of enterprise data security operations across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and endpoint environments.
  • Ensure data security controls are operating effectively through ongoing monitoring, quality reviews, and control validation.
  • Coordinate investigation and response activities for potential data security events, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • Track operational metrics, remediation efforts, and program performance while providing regular reporting to leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with experience in data security, data protection, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading projects or technical teams within a cybersecurity or data security function.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data protection principles and security controls.

Compensation

  • Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
