Responsibilities
- Since 1976, we've been dedicated to meeting people where they are, working alongside them to provide person centered supports that allow people to live independently as possible.
- Join our team as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver in Milwaukee, WI
- Working directly as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will be able to assist in a residential group home by assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of outcomes, assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration.
- Some examples include helping with meals, cleaning, perform housekeeping, laundry duties and facilitating fun activities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver's license is required for this position (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served as required
Nice to have
- Certifications & trainings (CBRF, CNA, CPR, etc.) are appreciated but not required

- Schedule: Multiple schedules available
- Wage: $17.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential (for any time worked on weekends, from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday)
- Eligible for $1,500 bonus based on assigned program**
