As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and achieve store goals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, client engagement, and relationship-building
Support sales growth by helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and key metrics
Assist in developing and executing action plans that drive store performance and profitability
Build lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach initiatives
Support local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunities
Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members
Support cash handling, store records, banking procedures, and overall operational compliance
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership support to the team

Experience analyzing sales performance and key business metrics
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Comfortable using ladders or step stools
Ability to work in a retail environment with varying customer traffic and activity levels

Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and operational procedures
