About the role

  • Technical concepts are easier to understand without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • The Technical Enablement Manager, Partner Field Readiness translates complex product, solution, and technical information into practical enablement content for DDN's partner ecosystem and internal Sales Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical enablement, technical content, product marketing, solutions marketing, sales engineering enablement, or a related technical GTM role.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to make technical topics accessible without losing accuracy.
  • Experience working with technical SMEs, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to gather inputs and produce usable deliverables.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, practical content for partner and internal technical audiences.
  • Understanding of how partners, SEs, and sellers use enablement in real customer conversations.
  • Ensure technical enablement content supports partner readiness, solution positioning, and co selling motions across DDN's ecosystem of VARs, GSIs, OEMs, NCPs, cloud providers, and strategic partners.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams across stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, good judgment, and a willingness to ask the questions needed to get from technical detail to field-ready clarity.
