- Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Marketing Integration and Support, this position is considered a subject matter expert for the department's systems, business processes, and reporting.
- This position provides timely and accurate analyses to support key business initiatives, including pilots, programs and cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of ten years of work experience with progressively responsible roles in a systems or data analysis role.
- Subject matter expertise with marketing concepts and a high degree of expertise with marketing programs, such as prospecting, promotion, client loyalty.
- Ability to solve complex problems with implications beyond one departmental division and to anticipate business issues and execute on strategic priorities.
- Ability to convey analytical and technical concepts to non-analytical and non-technical staff.
- Proven ability to work with people at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent analytical skills, and strong detail orientation with an ability to handle and deal with large amounts of data, unstructured business problems, and synthesize data for others.
- Strong process and project management skills, including an ability to gather business requirements, and execute small projects.
- Superior knowledge of SAS, Excel, Microsoft BI, SQL, TSO and Unix.
- Experience managing and working with third-party vendors, including data and print vendors.
