Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Maintain and manage collections records and activities for delinquent accounts.
- Partner with the Customer Service Manager to resolve disputed payments, uphold billing standards and policies, and evaluate or update those policies as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- As a Customer Service Representative - Billing Specialist, you'll energetically support our valued clients by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms.
- You'll skillfully resolve concerns, maintain detailed client records, and leverage your enthusiastic knowledge of our services to deliver accurate, empathetic support that creates positive customer experiences with a focus on billing.
Nice to have
- Minimum 1-2 years of financial or billing experience in a service industry
- experience in a client facing environment a plus Minimum 1-2 years of client service experience in a service industry
