About the role

  • The Primary Therapist provides direct client care under the supervision of the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor, evaluate, and document client progress.
  • Provide treatment that supports client dignity, independence, strengths, privacy, and personal choice.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior, maintain professional boundaries, and refrain from accepting gratuities from clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the agency or direct supervisor.
  • We support individuals and families through personalized, small-group care rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and clinical expertise.

  • The Primary Therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, delivers therapeutic services, and ensures accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in counseling or social work.

  • Maintain compliance with all required training and maintain documentation in personnel records.

Nice to have

  • CAC II, CAC III, or LAC preferred.

Compensation

  • $60,000- $62,500/ year Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday- Friday, business hours with occasional on-call duties Location: 12136 W Bayaud Ave Ste 360, Lakewood, CO 80228
