About the role
- The Primary Therapist provides direct client care under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor, evaluate, and document client progress.
- Provide treatment that supports client dignity, independence, strengths, privacy, and personal choice.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior, maintain professional boundaries, and refrain from accepting gratuities from clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the agency or direct supervisor.
- We support individuals and families through personalized, small-group care rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and clinical expertise.

- The Primary Therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, delivers therapeutic services, and ensures accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in counseling or social work.

- Maintain compliance with all required training and maintain documentation in personnel records.

Nice to have
- CAC II, CAC III, or LAC preferred.
Compensation
- $60,000- $62,500/ year Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday- Friday, business hours with occasional on-call duties Location: 12136 W Bayaud Ave Ste 360, Lakewood, CO 80228
