Responsibilities
- Trains researchers, provides feedback on research design or communication, monitors workflows, and resolves routine personnel issues. May supervise staff
- Executes primary and secondary consumer research methodologies, synthesizes and analyzes data, and reports results to support a variety of functional areas
- May manage budgets or contracts for third parties
- Manages stakeholder relationships to understand consumer research needs and resolves issues as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, business, communications, statistics, data analytics, social sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, market research, consumer insights, business intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and research solutions.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing marketing, communications, enrollment, or audience engagement efforts using data and performance metrics.
- Experience with analytics, visualization, survey, CRM, or reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics, Slate, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience conducting audience, consumer, or marketing research, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, competitive analysis, or audience segmentation.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, marketing strategy development, or organizational decision making through analytics and audience insights.
- Experience presenting analytics findings and strategic recommendations to leadership or executive stakeholders to inform decision making.
- Experience managing research vendors, consultants, or third-party data resources.

Compensation
- $50,000-$65,000 based on relevant experience
