About the role
- Hi I hope you are doing well We do have the below opening for our client.
- This role will be critical in creating customer-facing features and operational tools to unlock growth opportunities across our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem.
- Evaluate emerging trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and app integrations to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Optimize theme setup and configuration to drive operational improvement across our Creative and Store Management teams.
- Partner with developers on projects including but not limited to: custom app development, Shopify theme enhancements, and integrations.
- Requirements Gathering Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders, data, and customer or user feedback to develop thorough product requirements documents.
- Project Management Drive executional excellence through the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects, with close collaboration with technical product managers to ensure that efforts are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- Manage alignment across departments when limitations or technical constraints impact business expectations.
- Roadmap Planning and Management Own the product roadmap for the eCommerce Storefront Experience team.
- Maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog.
- User Acceptance Testing Lead UAT efforts with business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of projects are successful and are aligned to business requirements.
- Write and manage test scenarios.
- Documentation Writing Produce and maintain comprehensive user documentation in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
- Experience managing agile development cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin.
- Experience in the music and / or entertainment industries.
- Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
Nice to have
- Deep Shopify Plus ecommerce platform background, including installing and customizing new Shopify themes, apps, and API integrations, checkout extensibility, and third-party apps.
