About the role
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions with full P&L responsibility.
- Assist with employee/job scheduling and assist with technical/mechanical trouble shooting and problem resolutions.
- Use division financial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) and metrics for review and utilization in the management of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop new employees; improve individual performance through daily coaching, monthly P&L and Scorecard reviews and yearly performance reviews.
Requirements
- Training: Must be willing and available during first six-months of employment to train in St.
- Good driving record and valid driver's license required.
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
- Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience managing personnel, projects, sales and customer service expectations, as well as operational revenues, expenses and reporting in a leadership position. Commercial door industry management applicants with strong operational experience and product knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply. Will also consider service provider industry experience such as HAVAC or another construction/building materials business with products that are sold to end users, installed and/or serviced at customer sites.
- Training: Must be willing and available during first six-months of employment to train in St. Louis, MO, Bloomington, IL, Kansas City and/or another satellite market of Kansas City, for up to three (3) times
- one week per trip.
- Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM systems and a good understanding/use of Excel.
- Analytical skills to evaluate operational data, processes, procedures, financial results, survey feedback and other metrics to determine cause/effect relationships with ability to isolate key information and discern the impact of process or procedural changes.
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.

- The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
