Responsibilities
- We offer a supportive clinical environment with physician collaboration and mentorship to help providers develop and grow professionally.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, COPD, asthma, and other common primary care diagnoses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs designed to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Requirements Required Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
Compensation
- $105,000 - $120,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance stipend 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and paid holidays Continuing Medical Education (CME) support Professional licensing and dues reimbursement Malpractice coverage Collaborative physician support and mentorship Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday
