About the role
- Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
- This role is responsible for auditing quality, identifying and documenting quality issues and themes, preparing performance reports, and drafting mitigation plans for workflows that are off track.
- The performance analyst requires expertise in revenue cycle end to end, with specialization in coding and/or back end (billing, AR, cash posting).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver quality scorecard performance reports to operational leaders highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Support SOPs and Job aids for on-shore and off-shore teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in revenue cycle operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to demonstrate improved and sustained performance in revenue cycle KPIs
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Experience with m ultiple clients or platforms (Epic HB/PB, Coding, AR, Front End)
- Required
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End (registration, scheduling, financial clearance), Mid-Cycle (coding and charging), or Back End (billing, follow up, denials, and reimbursement).
- either through management or individual contribution
- Proven ability to create process documentation and communicate to operational resources
- Preferred
- Certification in healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) is a plus.
- Client facing reporting
Compensation
- For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
