Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of training materials. Ensures that curriculum aligns with company goals, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Supports needs assessments to identify performance gaps and determine appropriate training solutions to address them.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Maintains project plans, tracks progress, and report status using department tools and systems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during working hours.

  • Skilled in curriculum and content development for various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and train others.
