About the role

  • As part of the talented Thunder Jet team.
  • Team members will assist in the manufacturing of Thunder Jet Aluminum boats by fabricating aluminum components in preparation for welding and installation.
  • This is an entry level position that may include, but not limited to the following job duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be reliable.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
  • Ability to follow established safety processes including hearing sensitive area and PPE requirements.
  • Must be willing and able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • May be required to perform other duties as needed.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to continually learn and grow.
  • Working Conditions:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • The noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting
  • Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

Compensation

  • The anticipated pay range for this position ranges grade 2.5-3.0 $20.20-$21.75.
