Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
Nice to have
- 5+ years of IT experience with MES or manufacturing systems
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES or similar platforms
- Experience in global MES deployments
- Experience in GxP / CSV regulated environments
- Understanding manufacturing technologies such as SAP, shopfloor systems, data, databases and underlying infrastructure.
- Ability to work with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams.

Skills
- Act as the site MES capability owner, driving value realization through improvements in yield, quality, throughput and cost
- Act as a trusted advisor for MES capabilities and process optimization
- Ensure alignment with global MES COE and multi-site deployment strategy
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Drive root cause analysis and defect resolution
- Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and integration standards
- Contribute to system design decisions and technical roadmap
