About the role

  • To keep pace, we are bringing on a Manager of Sales Operations to serve as the operational and analytical backbone of the Retail team.
  • By managing these processes with accuracy and consistency, and continually driving improvements, this team member ensures ARMRA's retail execution is seamless, compliant, and built to scale.
  • By aggregating syndicated sources (SPINS, Nielsen, retailer POS feeds) into dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, they will provide the visibility needed for smarter planning and faster decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination.
  • Manage systems administration to ensure platforms and tools are configured, maintained, and optimized for operational efficiency.
  • Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring new retail and distributor partners are set up accurately and efficiently from day one.
  • Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth.
  • Promotional Strategy Support & Trade Spend Analysis
  • Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI.
  • Own deductions and dispute management, including timely identification, documentation, and resolution of retailer deductions and chargebacks.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in Retail Operations, Retail Systems, Account Management, Retail Insights, or Business Development.
  • Behind every successful retailer launch and category win are dozens of operational details that must be executed with speed and precision.
  • Skilled at building reporting systems that provide clarity and increase visibility into performance.

Skills

  • Experience in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS) is a plus
  • Strong communicator who can distill complex data into simple, actionable outputs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; thrives in high-growth environments.
