Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards

Requirements
- Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees
- The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
- (7AM-5PM) ~ (Monday-Friday) ~ willingness and ability to work other shifts and weekends, ability to travel
Nice to have
- Prior LTL management experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required
