Requirements
- ECE degree/classes and/or experience in child care desirable.
- All employees who are 18 years of age and older are required to submit finger prints to local and federal repositories for background checks prior to start date.
- Employees must take the State of Nevada required initial training within the first 90 days of employment.

Compensation
- Employees must take annual hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related subjects every licensing year of employment. The cost of this training is the responsibility of the employee.
