Responsibilities

  • This role will lead and manage the staff of the Application Support & Development section, which will include coaching, development and mentoring, recruitment and performance management.
  • Act as a technical and escalation point for solution design, architecture decisions, and complex delivery challenges.
  • Build, coach, and develop high performing technical teams, growing senior technical capability across administrators, developers and technical leads.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering complex digital solutions and platforms (Salesforce and Workday) and integration environments.
  • 5+ years' experience with Workday Financial Management, including integrations, reporting, data flows and platform extensions.
  • 5+ years' leading agile delivery teams, including architecture and development, system integration, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • 10 years experience working in agile scrum environment, collaborating with product owners and cross functional business stakeholders.
  • Ability to nurture strong business and technical relationships in a fast-paced environment utilizing an agile methodology.
  • A forward-looking manager that will help with technology road map for the company.

Compensation
