This role will lead and manage the staff of the Application Support & Development section, which will include coaching, development and mentoring, recruitment and performance management.
Act as a technical and escalation point for solution design, architecture decisions, and complex delivery challenges.
Build, coach, and develop high performing technical teams, growing senior technical capability across administrators, developers and technical leads.

Minimum 7 years of experience delivering complex digital solutions and platforms (Salesforce and Workday) and integration environments.
5+ years' experience with Workday Financial Management, including integrations, reporting, data flows and platform extensions.
5+ years' leading agile delivery teams, including architecture and development, system integration, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices across cloud and SaaS platforms.
10 years experience working in agile scrum environment, collaborating with product owners and cross functional business stakeholders.
Ability to nurture strong business and technical relationships in a fast-paced environment utilizing an agile methodology.
A forward-looking manager that will help with technology road map for the company.
