Bachelor's degree in business administration, s tatistics, c omputer s cience, or related field.
S olid experience with both Excel and Power Query.
Experience with Power Automate an asset.
Experience with G enAI and agentic AI tools an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge and experience using data warehouse concepts and principles including star schema design and semantic modeling.
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of query optimization and profiling tools and techniques.
Python skills a definite asset.
Understanding of data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview) an asset.
Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a self-starter who is highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
Prior experience working in the banking or financial industry would be an asset.

1-2 years experience with relational databases and developing reporting solutions using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platform required.
Experience with cloud-hosted data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric (preferred), Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake an asset.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Automate new and existing reporting processes.
Conduct query profiling, optimization, and execute ad-hoc queries as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting and analysis requirements.
Keep up to date with current industry trends and emerging tools and technologies.
