About the role
- SUMMARY At Magnolia, the Production Associate is responsible for executing recipes in the quantities and priorities set by Magnolia Kitchen management, including baking, icing, prepping, cooking, dishwashing, and cleaning.
- Production Associates may also assist with other Magnolia Foods business entities as business requires.
- This position works from Silos Magnolia Kitchen in Waco, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times and maintain appropriate storage of all utensils and supplies*
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to proactively understand and meet guest needs, ensuring a personalized and guest-centric experience.
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality and alert management to the need to make adjustments to processes as required
- Complete production sheets and other records as required
Skills
- Eye for detail, accuracy, and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
