- Our platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions - all without costly system changes.
- This role is built for a consultative seller who thrives in long-cycle, high-ACV deals and knows how to navigate executive buyers, cross-functional stakeholders, and rigorous enterprise buying processes.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion
- Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management
- Join us in changing the face of enterprise customer support.
Requirements
- 7-12+ years of experience in Strategic B2B SaaS sales to Fortune 100 companies
- Proven track record of closing $200K-$2M+ ACV deals
- Experience leading or co-owning POCs, pilots, and enterprise evaluations
- We've started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case.
