About the role

  • Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Jacksonville team.
  • Our leadership team consists of experienced Behavior Analysts who understand the responsibility and impact of your role-and who are committed to providing meaningful mentorship and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred (not required)
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a strong plus

Compensation

  • Starting salary of $80,000+, plus performance-based bonuses ( Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs certified 1+ years )
