About the role
- The successful candidate will be expected to join the team onsite at the Downtown Houston office.
Responsibilities
- prosource.it is a global IT Managed Service provider working with Medium to Enterprise level, global clients and looking for an IT Desktop Support Technician who is interested in joining a global, enterprise level team who are delivering technical solutions to our internal business partners to drive processes and meet business requirements.

- 1-5+ years of IT Desktop Support experience · BSc in Computer Science or relevant field · Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving computer related problems while maintaining patience, professionalism, and courtesy · In depth understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and utilities. ·
Compensation
- $55,000- $65,000 depending on experience Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not, now or in the future, require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
