Responsibilities
- Effectively managing complex employee relations investigations and upholding (and as appropriate developing or enhancing) related processes and procedures;
- Developing and maintaining deep expertise in employee relations, including applicable employment laws, rules, and regulations;
- Ensuring that employees understand RBC's Blueprint, as well as support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to RBC goals;
- Leveraging the value in unit, department, and enterprise-wide teams to develop better solutions and achieve a cross-enterprise mindset;
