Responsibilities
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Get recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day.
- Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Ability to work in a Team Based High Performance Work System
- Utilize problem solving and decision-making skills to establish proficiency in operating and making machine adjustments which are required to achieve and control high-quality material standards.
- Fundamental Mechanical aptitude required to identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability.
- Ensure that quality tests are done correctly and in a timely manner, and documents are maintained as required.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
- ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience
- Mechanical skills
- troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair, gear boxes, couplings, drawings & schematics, bearings, pumps, or rigging
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing
- Previous Lift Truck Operator experience

- This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
