Responsibilities

  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Get recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day.
  • Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Ability to work in a Team Based High Performance Work System
  • Utilize problem solving and decision-making skills to establish proficiency in operating and making machine adjustments which are required to achieve and control high-quality material standards.
  • Fundamental Mechanical aptitude required to identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability.
  • Ensure that quality tests are done correctly and in a timely manner, and documents are maintained as required.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience
  • Mechanical skills
  • troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair, gear boxes, couplings, drawings & schematics, bearings, pumps, or rigging
  • Experience with high-speed manufacturing
  • Previous Lift Truck Operator experience

  • This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
