About the role
- Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools.
- That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard.
- This is an onsite three-month contract with potential to extend based on performance and ongoing needs.
Responsibilities
- Student Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for students experiencing laptop issues, including login problems, software errors, and hardware concerns.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a complete and accurate device tracking system at all times, including assignment records, device status, and lifecycle history.
- Logistics and Shipping Experience: Experience using platforms such as ShipStation or EasyPost to manage outbound shipping operations at scale.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience deploying and managing macOS devices at scale, including imaging, MDM configuration, and standardized deployment workflows.
- U.S. work authorization required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Perplexity Computer is a plus.
