Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.
  • Legal Strategy: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state's personal injury law.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
  • Community Involvement: Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.

  • This is a unique opportunity for solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload to join a growing, multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and gaining access to firm resources, infrastructure, and support.
  • Back-office, marketing, and administrative support to let you focus on legal work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar.
  • An existing caseload or client base.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.

Compensation

  • The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to
  • prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
