Remote (United States) The Vice President, Global Delivery is responsible for the operational execution, staffing strategy, delivery governance, and overall performance of Thunder's global delivery organization.
This leader owns the execution engine of the company, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, strong margin performance, predictable forecasting, and disciplined operational governance across all regions, practices, and customer portfolios.
The VP, Global Delivery leads Thunder's PMO, Resource Management, and Regional Delivery organizations while partnering closely with Architecture, Practice Leadership, Account Delivery/Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to ensure delivery execution aligns with company objectives, customer outcomes, and financial targets.
This role serves as the executive owner for delivery execution and operational accountability, ensuring Thunder maintains a scalable, high-performing delivery organization capable of supporting rapid growth without compromising delivery quality, margin integrity, or customer trust.
