About the role
- As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will: Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Provide patient care primarily in Bluefield, with coverage responsibilities in the Tazewell area as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support each patient's functional goals.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Nice to have
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to one Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to maximize outcomes.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMR.
Compensation
- $35k-$45k
