Responsibilities
- Ideal applicants will be well versed in all aspects of mechanical design and project management.
- This engineer will serve as a technical leader, bringing expertise in complex project design and execution while mentoring the team for long-term growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with HVAC and plumbing system design for buildings.
- Required Qualifications
- We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm.
Nice to have
- Project Management experience and/or certifications.
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign software preferred.
- Must understand database concepts.
- Working knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files.
- Able to work independently, as a team member, and as a team leader.
Skills

Compensation
- Approximate Base Salary - 130k-180k based on experience and qualifications
