About the role

  • The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and instructional experience to help prepare participants for success in precision-driven assembly environments.
  • This position requires shift flexibility and the ability to work days, nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions covering:
  • Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and visual aids.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to align training with operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Mechanical or electrical experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields required.
  • Minimum 1+ years proven teaching, training, or facilitation experience
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, step-by-step instruction
  • Familiarity with workplace organization systems (6S/5S), quality standards, and basic measurement practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate learners.
  • Experience with technical documentation, calibration practices, or aerospace/electronics assembly is highly desirable.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Military training experience is a plus.

  • Hands-on, practical approach with attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of accountability for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
  • Ability to foster a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement.
