- Shape how leaders lead, by coaching and equipping them to build high-performing, engaged teams, developing talent intentionally, and creating an environment where trust and accountability coexist.
- Evolve the employee experience across facilities by fostering a culture where engagement, safety, collaboration, and pride in the work reinforce one another and support long-term retention and success.
- This Director, Human Resources will see HR as a platform to build and contribute to a growing organization.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or related, with 6+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR leadership positions ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Some travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $140-170K per year.
