About the role
- Schedule: This position is within a 24/7 call center.
- It is expected for this individual to have flexibility working 2nd or 3rd shifts and/or weekends, including some holidays.
- Your schedule will be determined on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing phone support and managing the resolution of complex technical issues involving laboratory equipment usage, software, and diagnostic applications for Roche Tissue Diagnostics products.
- In addition to technical problem resolution, the technical support specialist is also responsible for the overall success of the company through interactions that develop and promote loyal business relationships.

Requirements
- You have at least 2+ years of experience working in this or a similar role
- You have a customer service focus with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have
- You hold a Bachelor of Science.
- ASCP certification -While extensive on-the-job training is provided, the role requires industry knowledge of clinical laboratory topics
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is 60,300.00 - 112,100.00 USD Annual.
