Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Principal Investigators in the development of programmatic and fiscal reports to ensure compliance with sponsored agency guidelines.
- Manages the effort reporting process to include tracking, validating, processing, and filing to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.
- Develops and maintains resources such as handbooks and other tools or instruments that support effective grant management practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed; willing to travel throughout the college district using own means of reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret grant documents and agreements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Must have or qualify for a valid Texas driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of grant experience required.
