Responsibilities
- Updates job descriptions and ensures that they are accurately stored to the HR drive.
- Creates and opens job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintains consistent communication with staffing agencies and hiring managers regarding candidate status, interview updates, and hiring decisions.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Requirements
- Two+ years' experience in a recruiting support role or a degree in related field.
- Proven ability to handle and work with confidential information.
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Associate degree in business a plus

- Excellent general administrative skills.
- Time management skills and independent judgment to prioritize and organize diversified workload.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of a variety of software applications.
- Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports.
