About the role

Gravity (gravityclimate.com http://gravityclimate.com) is the top carbon and energy management company.
Some of the largest industrial, finance, consumer, and technology companies in the world use Gravity to report their carbon footprints to regulators and to save millions in energy costs.
Now is a pivotal time in technology and environmentalism.

You will update our system prompts, build automated verification loops so that agents can check their own code, and write skills so that our agents know the specifics of our codebase and domain.
Finally, when it comes to what you are building, you will be the expert on agentic harnesses, evals, and best practices.
Because our domain model is simpler and more powerful, our agents are able to automate increasing swaths of carbon accounting tasks, freeing up more resources to build the engine.
This role blends traditional software engineering, agent management, and system-building.
Our product helps firms measure their carbon footprint, report it to regulators and investors, and actually implement cost-saving energy efficiencies that also reduce emissions.
The world also needs what we're building more than ever.
We cannot sponsor new visas, but will support transfers.

you will live code an extension of the take-home.
We will interview you about your development process, learn how you would fit into our culture, and do some behavioral interviews.
You get to meet the team and come to our office above the iconic Cafe Zoetrope (Google it!).
Coffee or tea is on us.
