Lead and mentor a team of Analysts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality business analysis and solutions across projects and initiatives. Manage team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and support career growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define scope, and translate requirements into clear, functional specifications and documentation.
Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML)).
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and validate solutions meet business needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners and Technical Leads) to ensure solutions support business objectives and are aligned with strategic goals.

The Manager, Business and Technical Analysis leads a team of Analysts to deliver actionable insights and effective solutions to support organizational objectives.
Drives high-quality analysis to enable informed decision-making, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and champions continuous improvement in processes and solutions.

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, business solutions, or technical solutions roles
Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices (BABOK, BPMN)
Experience translating business needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with product owners, architects, and technical teams
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solutions

Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline preferred

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $105,322.00 to $131,652.00 Annually.
Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
