Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Analysts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality business analysis and solutions across projects and initiatives. Manage team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and support career growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define scope, and translate requirements into clear, functional specifications and documentation.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML)).
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and validate solutions meet business needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners and Technical Leads) to ensure solutions support business objectives and are aligned with strategic goals.

- The Manager, Business and Technical Analysis leads a team of Analysts to deliver actionable insights and effective solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Drives high-quality analysis to enable informed decision-making, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and champions continuous improvement in processes and solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, business solutions, or technical solutions roles
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices (BABOK, BPMN)
- Experience translating business needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with product owners, architects, and technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solutions
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline preferred
Compensation
- The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $105,322.00 to $131,652.00 Annually.
- Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
- The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
