About the role

  • The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for leading end-to-end sales activities for Galvanize Therapeutics technologies within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve territory sales and utilization objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, capital program discussions, contract negotiation, implementation, and post-sale adoption support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to understand customer needs and align solutions to clinical and business goals.
  • Maintain expert-level product, industry, and competitive knowledge to effectively position Galvanize Therapeutics technologies.

Compensation

  • $145,000 base salary with a variable compensation plan and monthly car allowance

  • Qualifications Education and Training: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum 4 years of medical device sales experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple healthcare stakeholders.
