Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of global EHS frameworks and processes at a local level.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement control measures.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance with local legislation and global standards.
Nice to have
- Multi-state EHS experience with regulations and compliance
- Previous experience in the entertainment or leisure/hospitality industry, particularly with theme parks or attractions.
- ASP/CSP certification or actively working towards obtaining
- Experience in leading global EHS projects and initiatives.
- Prior experience managing contractors
- Project management and general technology skills
- Willingness to travel within North America for site visits and audits.
- Relocation will not be available for this position
Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
- The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
